I've been to Dr. Gainers' twice and the service I've received so far, from herself, her assistant, and her receptionist, is beyond excellent. It's been a while since I've been to a physician practice where the physician gives me all of their attention, takes ample time to listen to my concerns, and provides treatment recommendations after a thorough examination. Dr. Gainers' consultation approach is not the one you'd get at a typical physician practice. She is fully dedicated to you during your appointment and doesn't share your time slot with another patient. There are no crazy wait times and she's not in and out of the room after just 5-10 mins. She diagnosed the cause of my hair loss and put me on a treatment plan that I felt very comfortable with. I'm looking forward to continuing working with her. More

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Gainors. She was so pleasant, took so much time with me to explain a lot of options and information about hair lose and the difference in the different areas of lose. I am pleased with the route we are going to explore with my situation and so happy she took the time to consider other options with me so I could make an informed decision. Possibly one of the best dermatologist I have encountered in all my years that lead me to write my first review! Dr. Gainers performed DPN treatment (tiny moles that appear all over your skin like Morgan Freeman has). After, two weeks my face has been very smooth, and recovered with absolutely no issues (she took extra care to not leave any marks). She even did a follow up and cleaned up some of the more persistent ones. Beyond that, what stood out the most is how friendly and courteous she and her staff were. Each and everyone took time to explain every part of the process, especially Dr. Gainers. It was surprising as I'm used to the comparatively rushed visits to dermatologist offices in US whom spent at-most two mins listening to your concerns. I would also rate office cleanliness and scheduling flexibility really high. Overall, all I could say is, can we just have more doctors like her?! More

I have never been to a doctor's office like Dr. Gainers. From the time I entered her office until I left I felt comfortable, relaxed and I knew I was going to be taken care of. She was able to diagnose my problem and gave me the upmost care. She is a top notch A+++ physician. She is knowledgeable, very professional and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere is spa-like and serene, the receptionist is polite, friendly, and warm yet discreet, and the medical assistant is well versed in the Spanish language, which eliminated the need to speak with an interpreter by phone. Dr. Madeliene Elaine allowed me to express my concerns without making me feel rushed, embarrassed, or silly. She created a tailored plan specifically for me, and began treatment immediately.
